This information is aimed at providing you with all the necessary information on the collection and possible processing of your data, whether personal or anonymous. The collection takes place for example by browsing our site or contacting us (via the Booking quote form, e-mail, telephone) to book, during check-in or check-out, to request certain services, offers or quotes. In these cases the provision of personal data is necessary.
By personal data we mean for example: name, e-mail address, telephone number, address, credit card data, date of birth and all data that allows the identification of a person.

1. Purpose of the processing
Your data are collected and processed to respond to your requests and emails, to be able to offer you information, services and services that meet your needs, as well as to guarantee optimal navigation on our site.
The purposes of processing your data include:
• data storage in order to facilitate future bookings and requests
• forwarding of communications and direct telephone calls to the guest
• fulfillment of legal obligations

Your data will be collected and processed in accordance with the provisions of the GPDR. Consent to data processing occurs on a voluntary basis.
2. Legal basis of data processing
Legal basis for the processing of your data is:

3. To whom is your data transmitted?
We take the protection of your data very seriously. For this reason we assure you that they will not be sold or given to third parties.
In order to offer you an optimal service as well as to fulfill legal obligations, if strictly necessary, your data will be transmitted to third parties, all reliable and professional, who in turn are required to comply with the provisions of the GPDR. Among them are:

• persons authorized by us to process your personal data to carry out activities aimed at providing the necessary services. These subjects are required by law to comply with the obligation of confidentiality or have undertaken to respect it;

We reiterate again that the individuals, bodies and public authorities that cooperate with us are obliged to comply with the provisions of the GPDR. For any additional information do not hesitate to contact us!
4. Retention period
The retention period of personal data is established based on legal obligations or contractual obligations. If collected in compliance with a legal provision or a contractual obligation, your personal data will be retained for the time strictly necessary for its processing. However, if collected with your explicit consent, they will be kept until revoked.
5. Data collection on our site
Some data was provided to us directly by you e.g. by sending a contact form or a booking request from our site or other portals with which we cooperate.
Other data, however, is automatically acquired by our IT systems during normal navigation. This is mostly technical data (browser, operating system, time of access, etc.).
5.1 Contact form
When you contact us via the online form, the data you enter in the form, including your contact details, are saved in our system in order to respond to your request or future questions. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.
The processing of the data collected via the contact form therefore only takes place with your consent (art. 6 paragraph 1). This consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending a simple email to our address. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before the revocation.
The data sent to us via the contact form will be stored until you request its deletion, you withdraw your consent to its storage or the reason for which such data is stored expires (e.g. once the processing of your request). However, this does not apply to any legal obligations that must be respected until they expire.
5.2. Log Files
The provider of our website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
• type and version of your browser
• operating system used
• Referrer URL
• hostname of the device from which you log in
• time of the request to the server
• IP address
This data will not be combined with data from other sources.
The processing of this data is recognized by Article 6 (1) of the GPDR. The website owner has a legitimate interest in ensuring the functionality of his website as well as its optimization, and log files are necessary for these purposes.
5.3. Analytics tools and third-party tools
When you visit our site, your navigation can be analyzed for statistical purposes. This is done via cookies and other analysis tools. Generally the collection of navigation data takes place anonymously; it is therefore not possible to trace your identity from them.
You have the possibility to object to such data collection or avoid it by simply not using certain tools. Below you will find all the information about it.
5.3.1. Google Fonts
This website uses Web Fonts for correct display of the graphic characters that are made available to Google. When our website is loaded, your browser loads the necessary web sources into the cache space of the browser itself so that the graphic characters are correctly displayed.
To this end, the browser you choose must necessarily connect to Google's servers, which will then become aware of the fact that your IP address has loaded our website. The use of Google Web Fonts is a consequence of the desire to offer clean and attractive navigation. 5.3.2. Google Analytics
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The operator of this data is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. All information on site usage collected via Google Analytics cookies is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
The use of Google Analytics cookies and its tools is regulated by art. 6, paragraph 1, letter. F of the GPDR. As site operators we have a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior to optimize both the site and our marketing activities.
IP anonymization
The IP anonymization function has been activated on this site, which causes your IP address to be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or member countries of the European Economic Area before being transmitted to servers of the United States. Only in exceptional cases will the entire IP address be transmitted in full to our servers in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the site administrator, Google uses this information to analyze your browsing, compile reports and provide us with further services related to the use of the website and the Internet. Based on a specific agreement,
Google Inc. is prohibited from cross-referencing your IP address data with that obtained from other services.
5.3.3. Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager e Remarketing
This site uses cookies for remarketing campaigns in order to redirect visitors to the advertising campaign at a later time. For these remarketing ads, third parties such as Google use cookies that have been obtained from browsing this website. 5.3.4 Facebook Pixel
With your consent we use the so-called "Facebook pixel" of the social network Facebook, operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or, if you are an EU resident, Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"), within the scope of our online offer for the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer in accordance with Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter. to GDPR.
With the help of the Facebook pixel, Facebook is able to determine the visitors to our offer as a target group for the presentation of advertisements, so-called "Facebook Ads". For this purpose, the Facebook remarketing tag has been implemented on this website. This tag establishes a direct connection to Facebook's servers when you visit the website. The information that you have visited this website is transmitted to the Facebook server and Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook account.

To guarantee the functionality and correct display of contents, to facilitate navigation as well as to allow us to optimize it and analyze data for statistical purposes, our website uses cookies.
By deactivating certain cookies it is possible that some parts of the site are not displayed or do not work correctly!
6. SSL or TLS Certificate
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as for example. reservations or requests sent to us online, our site uses SSL or TLS certificates. A "secure" site, therefore equipped with an encrypted connection, is identifiable by the web address preceded by "https" (and not by "http") and by the padlock (green in Chrome and Firefox).
When the SSL or TLS certificate is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
7. Rights of the interested party
Right of access
Based on the art. 15 of the GPDR, you have the right to know which of your personal data are processed, how they were collected, their nature, whether they have been communicated to third parties and to whom, the purposes of their processing.
Right to rectification and cancellation
Based on the art. 16 GPDR you have the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data; the art. 17 also establishes the right to their cancellation. In the case of data made public, you have the "right to be forgotten", that is, the data controller has the obligation to take reasonable measures, including technical ones, to delete any link, copy or reproduction of your personal data.
Right of opposition
Based on the art. 21 GPDR you can exercise the right of opposition at any time and modify or revoke entirely, with future effect, the consent given.
Right to limit (or block) processing
Based on the art. 18 GPDR you can request the limitation of the processing of your personal data. The data collected may only be processed with specific consent, i.e. their processing will be concretely limited.
Right to data portability
Based on the art. 20 GPDR you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit such data to another data controller.
Based on the art. 77 GPDR you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
8. Consensus characteristic
The processing of your personal data takes place on the basis of contractual and legal obligations and in compliance with the provisions of the GPDR.
Consent to the processing of data that fall into other particular categories is given on a voluntary basis. In the absence of such consent, it is not possible to process the data even in relation to future bookings.
Consent to the processing of data to receive information, offers and news from the hotel occurs on a voluntary basis. In the absence of consent or in case of refusal to provide the necessary data, no communication will be sent.
9. Changes
This information is valid from 05 July 2024.
The data controller reserves the right to make changes and/or update the information completely or partially, also by virtue of new legal provisions.
